
Uri Jimenez, PGA – Head Golf Professional

Uri is a native of Southern California, he grew up in West Covina and has been in the golf industry since 2010. He was a five-sport letterman in high school but didn’t start playing golf until after college. His first job in the industry was a guest service attendant at South Hills Country Club. He is a TPI Certified Instructor who believes in working with each students’ physical abilities to build a swing and golf game that fit the individual. Uri is a student of the game who enjoys learning and growing his knowledge of the swing and game in general. His teaching has been influenced by instructors like Harvey Pennick, Lynn Marriot, Pia Nilsson, and James Sieckmann.

Because of this simple fact there is not one blueprint to golfing success, but an infinite number. James grew up in Norwood Massachusetts and attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst before moving to California in 1995. He completed the Professional Golf Management program and became a Class A PGA Professional in 2014. A golf instructor for the past 8 years, James has been a student of the game for more than 30 years.
James has worked with hundreds of juniors between his PGA Junior League teams, the PGA/TGA Golf in Schools program and private lessons. He also works with adult golfers helping them to lower their scores and to become more consistent ball strikers by focusing on proper fundamental techniques and good course management.
James is currently working on becoming certified by the PGA of America in teaching and coaching. He lives in Escondido, California with his wife Marilyn.

Colin Reinschell – Associate Golf Professional

Colin Reinschell is from Stockton, California. He is a San Diego State University alumnus who majored in Journalism and Media Studies. After graduation, he fell in love with the city and the Southern California lifestyle and decided to stay. He is currently a level 1 associate in the PGA program. Colin is a good player himself and qualified for the 2021 Assistants National Championship. He is an enthusiastic young coach with a real passion for the game and helping others enjoy their golfing experience.
“I am here to help you achieve your goals and doing it OUR way. All students and golf swings are unique, so my approach must be the exact same way. I will help YOU develop YOUR golf swing while also learning how to play the game of golf, not just hit the golf ball. More importantly, we’ll be having a good time doing it and learn how to have fun with the game as we work and develop your skillset.”

Nolan Misch – Assistant Golf Professional

Nolan is 36 years old and from Upland, CA. He is a graduate of Upland High School and The Golf Academy of America. Nolan is also a veteran, he served in the United States Army for 7 years. He is father to 3 beautiful girls Autumn, Noelle, & Meadow. Nolan enjoys teaching short game and introducing the game to the next generation of golfers.

Evan Galando– Assistant Golf Professional

Born and raised just south of Seattle, Washington, Evan Galando has worked in the golf industry for the past 8 years.
Evan is a four-year Varsity High School golfer and baseball player. He continued his golf career at Bellevue College, earning an Associate’s Degree in Professional Golf Management from the Professional Golfers College in Temecula, CA.
“Golf is a game that I fell in love with because I realized that every person plays the game differently, whether it be how we manage ourselves on the golf course, swing the golf club, or even the environment in which we choose to play golf; competitively or not. I firmly believe that golf was created for everybody and I am here to show you that you can improve your game to any level and have fun doing so.

Patrick Baynes – Assistant Golf Professional

Patrick is 28 years old and is from Chula Vista, CA. He played high school golf at Mater Dei Catholic High School and was the captain of the varsity golf team for 2 years. He started in the golf industry working guest services at San Diego Country Club before moving to Singing Hills Golf Club as an assistant golf professional. His latest job before Maderas he was teaching golf at Stadium Golf Center for the last 5 years. Patrick is a good player and competes locally in chapter and section PGA events.
