What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Troon Golf treats personal information that Troon Golf collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Troon Golf products and services. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Troon Golf under confidentiality agreements. Troon Golf does not provide any personal information to the Partner when you interact with or view a targeted email or ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an email or ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

Troon Golf partners include tee time service providers.

Troon Golf may set and access Troon Golf cookies on your computer.

Updating Account Information

You can edit your Troon Golf Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.

New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

You can unsubscribe from Troon Golf emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our customer emails, replying to such emails with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, emailing info@troongolf.com notifying us of your desire to be removed from Troon Golf's email list or by calling 1.888 TROON U.S. At which time, Troon Golf will keep your information, but will no longer contact the specific email address that was unsubscribed with solicitous emails.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
